  Profile:
  Suresh S. specializes in Finance strategy and has wide range of consultations from Investment strategies to Control systems in Finance and is a recognized scholar on Mergers and Acquisitions. A postgraduate from IIMA, an AICWA, an ACS and LLB with over 29 years of experience in India and abroad with some of the best corporates such as HDFC, Sundaram Motors (TVS), Best & Crompton, he combines Industry exposure with academics. He has held positions such as Financial Controller, CFO, Company secretary & Financial Controller in these corporates. He draws one of highest student participation in the electives he offers at IIM-K and IIM-I. He writes for leading business on financial topics.

  Profile:
  Rajeshwari is well versed in Accounting Systems and Controls and has given consultancy specializing in corporate analysis of performance, efficacy of Control systems and Pricing decisions through use of Costing techniques. Her academic credentials may be summarized as follows:

  **All-India rank holder in the Final of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India And First rank amongst lady candidates in South India in the ACA Final exams.

  As part of her very active involvement in social service she holds the post of Treasurer in Divine Mother Society, Chennai and is involved in managing the day to day activities of the charitable organization.

  Profile:
  An alumnus of the IIM – Ahmedabad, also holding LLB and CAIIB, with more than two decades of industry experience at senior levels, primarily in Banking, and briefly in the IT sector. Her exposure to these sectors has enabled her to evaluate banking and financing strategies, risk entailments and options for redressing them as also commentate on Banking in general and Infrastructure finance in particular. She has authored one book: Management of banking & Financial Services (Pearson International publications), compiled two books on Project and Infrastructure Management, published over 25 articles in the last two years on these subjects, in popular business dailies, magazines, and journals such as Business Line, Professional Banker, Project Monitor, Icfai journal of infrastructure and so on. Her views / interviews on banking and infrastructure financing issues have been published in leading business magazines such as Business world, Chartered Financial Analyst, etc. She is visiting faculty in the Finance area at IIMs- teaching the courses on Banking and Infrastructure financing- and at other reputed B-Schools. She also teaches at Executive and Management Development Programs of the IIMs. She has been an invited speaker in seminars / conferences on Infrastructure financing.She specializes in strategic financial consultancy and corporate training in finance.

• Arvind S. (Key person for Training)
  Profile:
  Arvind is a Mechanical Engineer and a MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. Starting his career in product development, he has multi-functional experience in sales management, profit center management, product management and manufacturing. Before commencing a successful career as an entrepreneur, he was the Country Head of Xerox in the Middle East .
  
  Today, Arvind offers training and consultancy services to top-notch firms like ICICI Bank. His areas of specialization in training are technical training (lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, quality management & Six Sigma, selling skills…) and soft skills training (enhancing personnel effectiveness, managing a team…). In addition, he teaches management at top grade business schools like S. P. Jain Institute for Management.
